Agility is a fabulous way to build a bond between you and your dog in a fun and exciting way. Agility training involves teaching the dog to perform a series of obstacles following handler's directions. We accomplish this through positive reinforcement techniques using both food and toy rewards.
We operate on a three-term calendar from February to November with breaks over Easter, Winter, and Summer.
Our weekly training sessions are held on Wednesday nights from 7:30pm at Crofts Reserve on Blackshaws Road in Altona North. We encourage you to visit us and experience the excitement of our club firsthand.
Our experienced instructors, including national and state champions, judges, and regular competitors, are committed to helping our Members and their dogs reach new heights in agility.
To complement our weekly training, we provide equipment loans during term breaks to facilitate at-home practice for our Members. Additionally, our club library offers a wealth of resources, including books and DVDs to support the agility journey of all our Members.
Whether it's just for fun and enrichment or for serious competition, we're here to help you and your dog dive into the sport of Dog Agility.
